Reliance announced to shut down the voice call service, please do your number port in another company : RCom will provide its 2G and 4G service in eight telecom circles of Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Maharashtra, UP East and West, Tamilnadu, Karnataka and Kerala.
RCOM had said on October 31, 2017 that it would only provide 4G data services to its users.
There is news of disappointment for Reliance Communications (RCom) users. Actually, RCOM is going to shut down its voice call service from December 1, 2017. According to TRAI instructions, by the end of this year, the users of RCom can port their numbers to any other company. TRAI has told all telecom operators that RCOM had said on October 31, 2017 that it would only provide 4G data services to its users. So now the company is going to shut down the service of voice calls. It will be effective from December 1. RCOM has told TRAI that it will continue to provide its 2G and 4G services in eight telecom circles of Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Maharashtra, UP East and West, Tamilnadu, Karnataka and Kerala.

Do this in another company’s own port number
– By typing a mobile phone number (PORT) and 10 digit mobile number, it will be mailed to Unique Number 1900. Generally, in your message box, type PORT 9999999999 and send it to 1900. It will have to be charged for this.
– As soon as you send the SMS, you will receive an 8 digit Unique Porting Code (UPC).
– This code has to be submitted along with a prescribed format (MNP), Customer Application Form, along with a photo and address proof on the company’s outlet. This document is to be delivered on the outlet of the company in which you have to port number.
