The Education Secretary said, "Th paper leaks of the 10th maths wer limited to only Delhi and Haryana. I the tests were done again, it would be only in Delhi and Haryana. We wil decide on this in the next 15 days. I the exam is done again it will be in July. Now our first concern is wit children, who are upset. This decisio has also been taken for them. Anyon who has done this work, we will not spare him. '
