Here you have to click on the Support Services tab

Clicking on this tab will show you the base authentication history
Step-4
You must register a 12 digit base card here and register a security card or captcha with an OTP (One Time Password).
Step-5
Here you will find many options for authentication history, such as biometrics, demographic, otपी. Choose one of those options. If you want all the information information you need to select all the (ALL) button. After this, select the date ranges from where you want the information and then enter the OTP on your mobile and click on submit button.
Step-6
After this your information card will be known about where your support card has been used.
